Dr A Kassir GP Partner
Gender: Female
About me:
I qualified as a doctor in 2003 and as a GP in 2012, completing my GP training in Kingston. After qualifying, I worked briefly as a GP in the Kingston area before moving to Guildford, where I practised for five years. I have been working at Southview Surgery since 2020.
I have experience across a wide range of clinical areas within General Practice, with a particular interest in women’s health and a specialist focus on menopause care.
I am a trained family planning practitioner and provide the full range of contraceptive services, including the fitting of contraceptive coils and implants.
In addition, I have a strong interest in teaching and training. I supervise resident doctors during their GP training in my role as an Educational Supervisor, and I work closely with universities to support undergraduate placements for medical and pharmacy students.
I work full days on Mondays and Thursdays.
